The sales of the card and ornament are a fundraiser for the Island of Lights.

A local artist is selected for the design and the Island of Lights purchases the original artwork which is raffled at the New Years Eve celebration.

 Mary Jo Madden currently produces the ornaments using the chosen design. She has been doing this since 2001. She is a talented tole painter and has been selling her work locally for many years.

The cards and ornaments will be for sale later this year at local businesses on Pleasure Island.
A reception will be held in September to introduce the new card and ornament and the artist.
